Small businesses in the Philippines said the nation’s ongoing dry seasons with record temperatures has severely impacted their earnings, as the state weather agency on Monday (April 29) forecast temperatures in the capital region could reach 37 degrees Celsius (98.6 degrees Fahrenheit) in the next three days.
