Brown out sa NAIA magmula 1:00 PM na nagsanhi ng 7 delayed flights, 5 domestic at 2 international flights. Naiwang testing equipment daw ang sanhi ng power interruption na agaran namang daw niresolba ng NAIA kaya bumalik ito sa regular na operasyon.
