Senators Juan Miguel Zubiri, Sonny Angara, and Sherwin Gatchalian, together with Spanish Ambassador to the Philippines Miguel Utray Delgado and officials from the National Historical Commission of the Philippines as well as the Armed Forces of the Philippines lead the wreath-laying ceremony on Monday, July 1, at the San Luis Obispo Church in Baler, Aurora as part of the 126th Anniversary of the Siege of Baler and the Philippine-Spanish Friendship Day.
