United States Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin arrive at the headquarters of the Armed Forces of the Philippines in Camp Aguinaldo on Tuesday, July 30.

They are in the Manila for the fourth 22 meeting between the foreign affairs and defense chiefs of the Philippines and the US.
