Kaugnay nito, kinumpirma rin ng kalihim na ang mga pangalang sangkot sa isyu ng agri-cartel ay siya ring mga pangalan na lumulutang sa patuloy na pag-iimbestiga ng ahensya.

“We have an idea how it happens, don’t worry about it…we have a very good idea, we just have to cut them in the act,” kumpiyansang sagot ng kalihim.
