Nababahala aniya si Sen. Imee Marcos na baka matalo pa ang Pilipinas sa botohan sa United Nations General Assembly kung dadalhin dito ang isyu ng pangha-harass ng China sa West Philippine Sea.

Nagpahayag ng agam-agam ang Senadora sa panukala ni Sen. Risa Hontiveros na udyukin ang Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) na maghain ng resolusyon sa UNGA hinggil sa isyu.

“I also worry that we may not generate the votes necessary. Ang laking kahihiyan ‘pag natalo pa tayo sa General Assembly. Sigurado ba tayong mananalo tayo dyan?…Mas lalong malulusaw ang ating claim,” ayon sa Senadora. #News5
