Sang-ayon si Sen. Win Gatchalian sa mungkahing ituring ang isyu sa Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators #POGO bilang isang national security threat na dapat nang iakyat sa Office of the President at tuluyang i-ban sa Pilipinas.

Kasunod ito ng aniya’y nakakikilabot na mga natuklasan niya at mga kapwa senador sa isinagawang executive session kaugnay ng POGO.
