Bodycam footage released by Sebastopol Police Department showed ‘Pickles’ the piglet leading police officers on a wild chase and evading capture on Thursday.
Sebastopol Police Department confirmed the date and location of the incident in a Facebook post accompanying the video. The body camera footage showing the chase was also dated stamped as June 13, 2024.
Police said Pickles had to be chased through multiple city blocks before being /”taken into custody/” and being reunited with his mother. — Report from Reuters
