Iaapela ni ACT Teachers Rep. France Castro ang desisyon ng Tagum City Regional Trial Court na hatulan siyang guilty at iba pa sa kasong child abuse.

Base sa desisyon ng korte, posibleng maharap si Castro sa apat hanggang anim na taong pagkakakulong.

/”‘Yung aming bail… effective pa rin ‘yun hanggang sa mag-appeal kami, hanggang sa matapos ang kaso… ‘Yung conviction sa amin ay hindi ‘yun magpo-prosper hangga’t kami’y naka-appeal at dinidinig pa rin ang kaso hanggang sa Supreme Court,/” ayon kay Castro sa #SaTotooLang ng One PH.

Sa kabila ng desisyon ng korte, sinabi ni Castro na dadalo pa rin siya sa ikatlong State of the Nation Address #SONA2024 ni Pres. Bongbong Marcos. #News5
