Education Secretary Sonny Angara visits Carmona National High School and Carmona Elementary School in Cavite as classes begin on Monday, July 29. The school opening comes following the onslaught of the enhanced southwest monsoon that wreaked havoc in Cavite and other areas in Luzon last week.
