Liza Logan, Depute Executive Secretary for Legal Affairs ng Office of the President matapos sabihin ni Davao del Norte Rep. Pantaleon Alvarez na parusa na ang ginawang suspension kay Jubahib.

Dagdag ni Logan, na may iba pang mga reklamo kay Jubahib bukod sa iligal na paggamit ng service vehicle na naging mitsa ng pagsuspinde sa kaniya.
