Ayon sa Manila Public Information Office:
/”As of 7:20PM, Plaza San Lorenzo Ruiz is now passable according to Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau.
Clearing of collapsed structures and damaged properties are now cleared as of the stated time./”
Ngunit may mga ilan pa rin ang hindi makadaan.
