Ikinagulat daw ng Pampanga Chamber of Commerce ang pag-usbong ng mga POGO sa kanilang probinsya na anila’y ‘pinagmumulan ng karumal-dumal na mga bagay.’

Kaya ayon sa Director for Infrastructure Development nito na si Rene Romero, nagpasa na sila ng position paper na nagsusulong ng POGO ban sa kanilang probinsya.
