Kahit na hindi na bahagi ang Pilipinas ng Rome Statute, sinabi ni dating Senator Leila De Lima na dapat makipagtulungan ang Pilipinas sa imbestigasyon ng International Criminal Court sa giyera kontra droga ng administrasyong Duterte.

Sakop pa rin daw kasi ang Pilipinas ng ICC noong nangyari ang mga pagpatay sa drug war. Nag-withdraw naman ang bansa sa Rome Statute noong 2019.
