Dinaluhan ng aabot sa higit 500 coast guard personnel mula sa hukbo ng Pilipinas, U.S., at Japan ang maritime drill ng kauna-unahang trilateral joint exercise sa pagitan ng tatlong bansa sa karagatan na sakop ng Bataan, June 6. Kabilang sa isinagawang drill ay ang counter-piracy simulations at interception exercise ng barkong kunwari ay naglalaman ng mapanganib na mga armas.

/”The purpose of this maritime drill is to increase the interoperability between the Philippines, the U.S., and the Japan Coast Guard.
