Pero ayon sa DSWD, hindi naman naipaalam sa ahensya ang release ng mga nasabing food packs. Pakinggan ang panayam ng #TedFailonandDJChaCha kay Social Welfare and Development Spokesperson Irene Dumlao sa mga detalye ng kanilang imbestigasyon hinggil sa insidenteng ito.
