Sa budget briefing ng Department of Health #DOH sa House Committee on Appropriations, ipinaliwanag ni Duque na may basbas na umano ito ni Duterte bukod sa executive at administrative order.
Tinanong din sa pagdinig ang kawalan ng memorandum of agreement ng DOH at PS-DBM. Ayon kay Duque, hindi ito kailangan dahil itinuring na commonly used ang COVID-19 supplies gaya ng personal protective equipment.
“Hindi po kami nag-MOA batay po sa PSDBM manual of procedures, hindi raw po sila from the very start requiring MOAs for the commonly used supplies and equipment,” ani Duque.
Matatandaang ipinag-utos ni Ombudsman Samuel Martires ang paghahain ng graft charges laban kay Dque at dating budget undersecretary Christopher Lao noong Mayo. Kasalukuyan itong inaapela ng dating kalihim. #News5 via Marianne Enriquez
