Ayon kay Lt. Col. Eunice Salas, Public and Information Officer ng NCRPO, nakikipag-ugnayan na sila sa mga LGU sa permit ng mga grupo para magprotesta sa mga piling lugar at paiigtingin ang BP 880 kaugnay ng pagsusunog ng effigies.
