Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation Chairman and CEO Alejandro Tengco says Harry Roque, a Cabinet member of the Duterte administration, liaised for the POGO Lucky South 99 in July 2023, to sort out its financial arrears with PAGCOR worth US 500,000. Tengco confirmed that Roque is now the legal head of Lucky South 99, based on its organizational chart.
