Cloudy skies and rain will continue to prevail in Palawan and Kalayaan Islands on Tuesday due to the effects of the southwest monsoon or “habagat,” while the rest of the country will have generally fair weather, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration.
