Pinirmahan na ni Pres. Bongbong Marcos ang Republic Act No. 11997 o ang Kabalikat sa Pagtuturo Act para itaas ang natatanggap na annual allowance ng public school teachers sa P10,000. Layon ng batas na mabigyan ng karagdagang pondo ang mga guro sa kanilang gastusin sa blended learning gaya ng internet, kuryente, at laptops.
