During the Pasig City Hall Tour with PEP, Mayor Vico Sotto shows the safety hazards in different parts of the city. Pasiguenos who saw him come out of the city hall were thrilled to see him. Even those at the footbridge nearby shrieked excitedly when they spotted him at the quadrangle. Hello sa mga kinilig kay Mayor!
