LPA in Eastern Mindanao may not develop into tropical cyclone
WATCH: The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Friday, July 26 said the low pressure area (LPA) inside the country’s area of responsibility has a “low chance of developing into a tropical cyclone within the next 24 hours.”
