Philippine volcanologists double down on their call for precaution for residents around Mayon (Albay), Taal (Batangas) and Kanlaon (Negros island) volcanoes as the three volcanoes see heightened activity in recent days. Taal and Kanlaon volcanoes are currently under alert level 1, while Mayon is under Alert Level 2. Phivolcs does not see the alert levels being raised any time soon.
