Tuloy ang school opening kahit sa mga paaralan na nasira dahil sa mga bagyo, ayon kay Vice President at Education Sec. Sara Duterte.

Kung hindi matatapos ang pagkukumpuni sa August 29, ipatutupad ang blended learning.
