India opened the doors to the first-ever olympic India House, at the Paris Olympics, with an eye on hosting its own Games in the near future.

India House was inaugurated on Saturday, July 27, in a colorful event filled with music, dance, food and art from the South Asian country.

Nita Ambani, chairperson and founder of the Reliance Foundation which worked with the Indian Olympic Association to make India House a reality, made no secret that she hopes the Olympics will one day be hosted in an Indian city.
