Ameca, a humanoid robot developed by UK-based Engineered Arts, has been integrated with large language models (LLMs), an advanced form of generative Artificial Intelligence. This means Ameca can be asked a question and respond in a human-like manner. The desktop version of Ameca, made up of the head and upper torso, costs approximately $100,000, while the full-body version costs threefold, depending on the features.
