Long stretches of Taft Avenue remain flooded due to incessant rains brought by the southwest monsoon enhanced by Super Typhoon Carina.

As of 7pm, flooding persists from UN LRT Station all the way to Nakpil. Netizens have now dubbed the usually busy street as “Taft River”.
