The camp of suspended Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo has confirmed receiving the subpoena sent by the Senate for its upcoming hearing.

Her lawyer, however, said that they are not certain if the suspended local chief executive will be able to attend the hearing due to health concerns.
