Gipahigayon sa ahensya ang Regional Skills Competition sa mga trainees gikan sa upat ka mga lalawigan sa Central Visayas ang Cebu, Bohol, Negros Oriental ug Siquijor. Magtigi sila sa nagkalain laing field of expertise diin ang makadaug sa regional level mao usab ang ibangga sa national competition ug dayon sa global competition.
