Defense Secretary Gilberto /”Gibo/” Teodoro Jr. on Tuesday visited an Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) site in Gamu, Isabela.

The Philippines in April named Isabela and 3 other locations as additional sites for the United States military to use under EDCA, in a move seen as an attempt to counter Chinese influence in the Asia-Pacific region.
