Da Pers Family follows the adventures of Aga and Cha-Cha Pers (Aga Muhlach, Charlene Gonzalez-Muhlach), as they start their bakery business to cater to the residents and guests of Barangay Singko. Together with their children, Tash (Atasha Muhlach) and Andres (Andres Muhlach), they help each other keep their family business running, and make the best of whatever challenges life throws at them.

Ito ang pagbabalik-telebisyon nina Aga at Charlene, at makakasama nila rin dito ang kanilang anak na sina Atasha at Andres. Reunion project din ito nila Aga, Roderick Paulate at Bayani Agbayani, dahil halos ilang dekada na rin ang nakalipas mula noong sila’y magkasama-sama para patawanin ang sambayanang Pilipino sa primetime. Sa kanilang pagbabalik, dala-dala nila ang patok na brand of humor na minahal ng mga batang 90s noon at siguradong magugustuhan din ng mga younger generation ngayon.
