Filipinos commemorate the 40th death anniversary of democracy icon former Senator Benigno ‘Ninoy’ Aquino on Monday, August 21. Supporters of the late senator gathered in Ayala Avenue in Makati City on Sunday. Yellow ribbons were passed on by supporters while flowers were offered at the Ninoy Aquino Monument.
