Tiniyak ni Chairperson George Erwin Garcia na tuloy-tuloy ang paghahanda ng Comelec sa aniya ay ‘super election’ sa susunod na taon.

Ito ay sa kabila aniya ng mga kontrobersiya na ibinabato sa kanya at sa buong ahensya.

“Sana po ang pagpukol ng putik ay sa akin na lang o sa ibang miembro ng Komisyon pero huwag na sa buong institusyon,” aniya.

“Sabotahe po ito. May grand plan to sabotage the election…Sana naman po, huwag naman ang pagasa ng sambayanang Pilipino sa kagalingan at kagandahan ng ating halalan,” dagdag ng opisyal.

Sa 2025 ay gaganapin ang Midterm National Elections, ang kauna-unahang Bangsamoro Parliament Elections, at ang Barangay and SK Elections. – MNP
