Napatunayang iisa lang ang pagkatao nina Bamban Mayor Alice Guo at Guo Hua Ping matapos lumabas na nagtugma ang kanilang fingerprint, ayon kay National Bureau of Investigation #NBI Director Jaime Santiago ngayong Huwebes, June 27.

“Alam mo ang fingerprint, walang… no two persons, even twins have the same fingerprints. Conclusive ‘yan… ang dactyloscopy ay infallible science of identification, hindi nagkakamali,” paliwanag ni Santiago.

“We checked it with our files. Kasi ‘di ba may lumalabas na siya si Guo Hua Ping y Lin. We checked kung may ganoong pangalan and fingerprint cards, lumabas [na] meron. [And we compared] with the fingerprints of Alice Guo, nakita namin na galing sa iisang tao ang impression [ng fingerprint],” dagdag ni niya.

Ayon sa kanya, napatunayan sa kanilang pagsuri ng mga datos na iisa lang ang pagkatao ng nagngangalang Guo Hua Ping at ang alkalde ng Bamban. #News5 via Briane Basa
