Arlene Brosas, who is on her final term as Gabriela representative at the House of Representatives, said she is prepared to face challenges that may come with running for a seat in the Senate. She is also hopeful of getting the support of the women’s sector in her candidacy.

Brosas said the time is ripe for a progressive lawmaker to be part of the upper chamber.
