Ayon sa Valenzuela Bureau of Fire Protection, nagsimula ang sunog sa isang bakanteng unit.

Limang pamilya ang apektado ng sunog, na inabot ng mahigit isang oras bago naapula.

Iniimbestigahan pa ng Valenzuela BFP ang dahilan ng sunog.
