Education Secretary Juan Edgardo Angara leads the signing of the Implementing Rules and Regulations for the Expanded Career Progression System in ceremonies at the agency’s headquarters in Pasig City. With Angara was Budget Secretary Amenah Pangandaman, Professional Regulation Commission Chairman Charito Zamora and Civil Service Commission chief Ryan Acosta. Angara said the IRR would ensure teachers’ promotions.
