The very talented Janno Gibbs was Pedro Penduko who was decreed by a hermit as the savior of the world, which was under an evil curse. To fulfill his destiny, he had to go back in time and fought with the malevolent pair from hell, Lucifero and Lucifera. Armed with only a magic medallion and his baseball bat, Pedro had only three days to finish his task. If not, he would forever be trapped in the past. Pedro Penduko was a figure from Filipino folklore. He was believed to be a bumbling but kind-hearted boy who was given super powers to fight evil.
