The National Bureau of Investigation has reported that a certain Alice Guo who applied for an NBI Clearance in Quezon City was not suspended Mayor Alice Guo, also known as Guo Hua Ping.

The NBI believes that someone may have ordered the said individual to present herself as Alice Guo and apply for an NBI clearance
